PT ASSISTANT MANAGER Approx 25hr/week

We are looking for a passionate, organized, and tech-savvy Assistant Store Manager to join our team! This dynamic role combines customer service, social media engagement, event coordination, and fashion expertise. If you love connecting with people, staying on top of the latest trends, and creating memorable experiences, we’d love to hear from you! 

 

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers both in-store and through social media channels, ensuring exceptional service and a personalized shopping experience.

Social Media Management: Create and curate engaging content to promote our brand, products, and events on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and others.

Order Fulfillment: Oversee and manage the shipping of online orders promptly and accurately.

Event Coordination: Plan and execute in-store and community events to increase brand awareness and foster community connections.

Fashion Styling: Provide styling advice and stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends to enhance the shopping experience.

Technology & Operations: Utilize computer systems for inventory management, POS operations, and other store management tasks efficiently.

 

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience or interest in fashion and styling.

Proficiency in social media platforms and basic photo/video editing tools.

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

Comfortable using technology, including computers and POS systems.

Self-motivated and enthusiastic about community engagement.

*Must be available approx 25 hours per week duing store hours. No Evenings and No Sundays.
